In the United States: San Francisco, the Peninsula, the East Bay, Silicon Valley and Boston, with New York covered advisory-side. In India: Bengaluru, Hyderabad and Chennai, with Mumbai, Pune, Delhi NCR and Kolkata covered advisory-side.
What is the difference between a managed office and a furnished lease?
A managed office bundles fit-out, furniture, services and flexibility into a single monthly rate paid to an operator. A furnished or direct lease is contracted with the landlord, usually for a longer term, and can deliver stronger per-desk economics once buildout is amortized.
Do you charge tenants a fee?
Our advisory work is compensated on the transaction side, in line with standard commercial tenant-representation practice. Teams are not charged to use the platform or to compare options.
How is pricing determined on the platform?
Pricing is resolved per listing from verified evidence where it exists, and from market-calibrated models where it does not. Where a market has no verified inventory, we publish orientation guidance only and do not display pricing.
